When someone you love is struggling, waiting for a crisis to force the issue isn't the only option. At the center of our work is CRAFT-based family support: an evidence-based approach that helps you communicate more effectively, ease conflict at home, and increase the chances your loved one moves toward treatment — while you find more solid footing for yourself along the way. It's the offering families come to us for directly, and increasingly, the one organizations contract with us to provide as part of how they care for the people they employ.
This isn't handed off through a referral list. It's held, session by session, by practitioners who bring professional knowledge, restorative skill, and genuine contemplative depth to the work in equal measure. Families deserve more than information — and so do the organizations who trust us with the people they employ.
Around CRAFT sits a fuller architecture of care: guidance through the systems that surround recovery, facilitated restorative circles for conflict that needs a structured place to be worked through — at home or within a team — and individualized, mindfulness-based relapse prevention planning.
Every engagement — with a family or with an organization — is built around discretion, unhurried attention, and a single practitioner who stays with the work from the first conversation through its resolution.
There's no intake team, no rotating roster of clinicians, no story that has to be retold to someone new each time circumstances shift. The same person who answers the first call is the one who sits with a family through its hardest weeks, and the one an organization's leadership can reach directly, in confidence, when something changes. It's care shaped around how change actually happens — at the pace of a family finding its footing, or an organization working through something delicate with one of its own — rather than around a fixed number of sessions or a standardized program.
That same depth of attention, sustained through the families and organizations able to invest in it fully, is also what allows us to extend it — quietly, and every year — to those who couldn't otherwise find their way to care like this at all.
